Team Sign-In: 9:30-10am, Start at 10am until 12pm and lunch afterwards. Teams consist of 1 individual with a disability and 1 able bodied person. Scores will be added and combined at the end of the game. Teams can register using the attached registration form (for both participants). If you don’t have a partner, we will find you one. Be sure to bring your “A” Game
